Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a different type of delivery), within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
Return of Goods
Please return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. custom-made LED walls)
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery
